We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to make a direct impact on our established organization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Lead or assist with the generation of HR structures and projects, including employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Assist with talent management, including employee development programs and training initiatives.
  • Manage benefits administration and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience (ideally in a biopharma or consulting).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication in both German and English and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and a team player.
